Wish is came in a 600-mg capsule
I take this for lung health. I wish it came in the standard recommended dose of 600 mg versus. 500 mg. Why doesn't it?
Hi Kate, thanks so much for your feedback. Thorne's NAC provides 500 mg per capsule because studies typically have looked at multiples of 500 mg or 600 mg one or more times daily. Because we don’t use flowing agents that can inhibit NAC’s absorption, we believe 500 mg is an ideal amount to put in each capsule.

felt a difference almost immediately!
Very pleased with this product. I started taking it for several reasons, but one was to aid in supporting my respiratory system. I found that after taking it for 2 weeks or so, I expectorated for about another week, and soon after began breathing much better....most notably at night and during workouts.

Helped my immune system
My whole household had COVID, then a nasty flu this summer. Usually any illness that hits one of us eventually makes its way to all of us.
