Lithium is an incredible energy-releasing mineral.  It is element #3 on the periodic table of the elements, and, like Element #1—the incredibly essential element named Hydrogen, it  readily gives up its electrons to the human cell, which in turns allows the cell to perform a myriad of complex biological transmutations that keeps the human body balanced and healthy. 

Lithium may well be the most studied and researched natural mineral during the past decade.  Worldwide studies have linked Lithium deficiencies to a wide range of health conditions and chronic diseases.  Clearly, the brain must have Lithium ions available in order to function properly.  Research has linked various conditions, including Alzheimer’s and Bi-Polarism to Lithium deficiencies, and supplementation of Lithium has shown to be effective in helping reverse these conditions.
